I feel truly fortunate to combine my love of the ocean with my passion for interior design. For more than 20 years, I have been creating bespoke yacht interiors that transform our clients’ dreams into reality. With both a B.A. and a degree in Interior Design, along with a lifetime of experience on the water, I bring expertise in space planning and functional design—always with an unwavering commitment to comfort, elegance, and innovation.
At Yacht Interiors by Shelley, we collaborate seamlessly with naval architects, yacht manufacturers, and shipyards around the world. Our long-standing relationship with Hargrave Custom Yachts and Hargrave Super Yachts is a cornerstone of our work. For the past decade, my husband, Michael DiCondina, has served as president of Hargrave, and together we share a vision grounded in quality, craftsmanship, and excellence.
Every project we undertake is guided by thoughtful design that is refined yet approachable – never ostentatious or “stuffy.” One of the keys to our success has always been the art of listening, ensuring that every client feels heard and every expectation is not just met, but exceeded.
Rachel Wike
Interior Designer
From an early love of boating and fishing to her studies in interior design, Rachel Wike has always felt at home on the water. While earning her bachelor’s degree in interior design, she discovered the specialized world of yacht interiors—a field that allowed her to merge her passion for the ocean and tropical lifestyles with her creativity and technical design skills.
As a designer with Yacht Interiors by Shelley, Rachel brings a fresh perspective to every project, blending functionality with beauty while tailoring each space to reflect her clients’ personalities and needs. She thrives on collaboration, guiding owners through the design process with warmth and clarity, and takes pride in seeing ideas evolve into sophisticated, livable environments.
For Rachel, the most rewarding part of her work is knowing she has helped create a yacht interior that feels both luxurious and deeply personal — spaces that not only enhance the yachting lifestyle but also celebrate her clients’ connection to the sea.
